The little touches at Kulm Hotel made our stay unforgettable. From the cozy rooms to the amazing spa, every detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was divine, and the location was ideal for exploring the shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a magical vacation.

What a wonderful historic hotel, had previously stayed at the Palace. Perfer the Klum. Couldnt ask for a better location. Staff amazing, food amazing, beautiful indoor Pool and workout facility. It is a winter time destination so very little going on in the streets and around town but had a wonderful time.

We stayed in a Junior Suite in the Middle Wing with an absolutely magnificent 180° view of the lake & mountains. The location on the lake side was stunning. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to dislike.

All staff were polite & very kind. Room was comfortable. Pool & Sauna was excellent. Restaurant(we used Italian's one) was superb! The Hotel is more than 5 star.

It is better if the temprature of jaquzzi would be warmer.

A Memorable and Enchanting Experience

Large room but the beds are not as a 5 stars hotel impossible to have a large single bed, no WiFi in the room you have to pay to have internet in the lobby ? all the accessories are cheap.

Cosy atmosphere, friendly and customer oriented staff, fantastic lake and city view together with premium location for city shopping. Besides the piano bar singer was great that evening !

Some wallpapers and interior decorations may look heavy or too traditional (lobby and rooms) - not really a zen atmosphere.

Located in a prime spot, our Junior Suite had a stunning 180° view of the lake & mountains, and the staff were always eager to arrange transport to the nearby center. The room was beautifully designed, with traditional Swiss accents blending perfectly into contemporary sophistication. The elegant bathroom, luxurious bed, and walk-in closet were standout features.

One minor setback was an occasional cold attitude from some staff members during checkout.

The srtaff were brilliant, friendly and very serviced orientated. The ambiance and staff, both were excellent. Definitely a 5 star experience. We will definitely consider our ski holidays There and a summer, autumn stay for what St Moritz and the Kulm's wellness and spa offers in during these seasonal times. .

Rooms are beautiful. Work out room and pool are excellent with lovely view to enjoy as you excersize and relax.

Staff was supportive but I would not say friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were attentive and eager to arrange transport for us. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with unique offerings like a honeycomb and cheese drawers. The hotel also had an open-air swimming pool with warm water, providing a very special moment.

The restaurant had some pricing issues, with no menu listing the prices of the food and unexpected charges for water.

the location and views are sensational as are the dramatic interiors and architecture of the hotel.
